How to avoid fraud

1. You must know supplier’s details enough, you can know it through good agent like us;

2. Don’t believe inconceivable price, none will do anything without profit in business;

3. You must ask your agent go to government and factory to examine supplier’s qualification;

4. You must sign contract with your supplier before you send money, it is better that you authorize your agent to sign contract with your supplier, you had better ask your agent to check contract before sign it, because you are not familiar with Chinese law and rules;

5. You must know details about produce process time to time.

6. You must confirm everything is OK before you balance payment.

Why supplier cheat you

1. They are going to cheat you at beginning, their website is very good, and their words are very nice, and inconceivable price, but they will disappear once they get your money;

2. They would not cheat you, they did not know international trading rule, they have no exporting right, international trading rule is very strange for them, they have no experience, their clients are all domestic trading companies before, they don’t know any standard;

3. They have no stable clients, their status is serious, they have no good material suppliers, so they can not provide you competitive price, but they want to get your order at the best price,then they have to make defective products for their expectant profit;

4. They have no perfect management system and professional QC staff;

5. They did not anticipate market changeable, such as material shortage, they can not produce the order at the price of contract when the material price increase;

6. They did not plan order schedule, they got more orders before or after your order, but your order is small or you are not their important client;

7. They know you are not China or you have no office or agent in China, in fact, you have never chatted with them face to face, you have not gone to the factory to inspect quality and progress during producing; they know it is very far from your office to China,it is impossible that you come the factory to deal trouble or get their compensation because of expensive trip charges;

8. They are trading company, not factory, but their words made you trust them, their supplier is not good etc.
